Religion - Winston County has over 100 Churchs of all denominations.

Healthcare - Winston County has recently formed a new Health Committee dedicated to making Winston County more health and safety minded.  A Health Committee is a group of people who will improve the health and wellness of the communty by working together to create, design, implement and maintain effective health and wellness policies and community events. 

The committee has worked with local law enforcement to conduct child seat safety checks at various points in Louisville, worked with the board of aldermen to ensure safe walking tracks, and we are currently putting together an exercise program through Mississippi State University and the Winston County Extension Office called Mississippi in Motion.   For more information or to join this organization call Dr. Dewitt Crawford 662-773-3696.
